 LET'S GET YOU STARTED!

      Although we've been advised not to (people actually pay for this information), we're going to share a couple of quick and simple insider health tips to get you off to a fast start with your weight loss efforts.

Health Tip 1:

       Eat more often. Believe it or not, eating more often will actually greatly improve your efforts. The reason being; eating more times a day (ideally 6 meals), will keep your metabolic rate at a high level instead of bouncing up and down during the course of a day. Simply put, instead of having 3 large meals a day, break them down into 6 smaller meals and consume them every 3 to 4 hours. (Don't eat more, just eat more often!)

                       Here is an example:

BreakfastBowl of cereal, oatmeal,  with fruit
Mid MorningFruit, vegetables, health bar
LunchSandwich with carrots or celery
Mid AfternoonAnother snack, fruit or vegetables
DinnerYour regular dinner, just smaller portions
Before BedtimeDesert: remember smaller portions; especially if your having with high fat content!
(ice cream, pie, cream pie, etc.)

       Remember this is just an example! We're NOT telling you what to eat, we're just showing how to break down your 3 larger meals into 6 smaller meals during the course of a day! 


Health Tip 2:

      You need to incorporate some type of physical exercise into your daily routine. You don't need to go to the gym a couple hours a day, you just need to do some kind of exercise for about 15 to 20 minutes a day. 

Examples would be:

          • going on daily 30 minute walk
          • hop on the treadmill or cardio machine
          • palates
          • going on short jog
          • short cardio program at your local fitness center
          • maybe a 30 minute bike ride (take the kids along)
      We recommend mixing it up a little so YOU do not get bored doing the same thing over and over each day. Ride your bike or walk on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Hop on the treadmill or cardio machine on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Maybe make Sundays a free day to do something else we haven't mentioned.  Go on a family hike, play games with the children in the yard, maybe even go to the beach.

     We understand that each person is different and has different goals in mind. The point is, YOU MUST do some kind of activity on a daily basis in order to have any kind of success for YOURSELF!
      Like we mentioned above, 15 to 20 minutes a day is all it takes to make a difference and YOU will notice it once you get started!

                            

Start using these 2 steps and YOU will definitely be going in the right direction.
